What he has is a dream; what he doesn't have is a name. Now Toehold gives you the opportunity to change that.

Suggest an appropriate, creative name for the Toehold Man on or before ~~14^th~~ 30^th January 2012 (Extended) and you could pack your bags for a free one-night stay for yourself and another person at the Kabini River Lodge! (maximum 4 entries per person)

All Indian nationals above the age of 18 are eligible to participate in this contest; imagination is the only other requisite. • Employees and direct kith and kin thereof are disallowed from entering the contest; insiders remain out. • Only four entries per entrant are accepted; if more entries are sent, only the first four will be considered and the rest sadly ignored. • Should your entry be chosen as the winner, it will become the exclusive copyright and trademark of Toehold Travel & Photography Limited, and you give your consent to Toehold using the name commercially and non-commercially for marketing, branding, advertising, documentation and in any other technical or creative way without any time, region or usage type restrictions and without any royalties payable to the entrant. • All entries should be original and not used by a brand, company or any type of commercial or non-commercial entity before. • Entries should not contain obscenity or an offense to any region, religion or race etc; such entries will entail immediate disqualification of all other entries by the entrant and The entries will be judged by the Editorial Team of Toehold, whose decision will be final and binding; no appeals or justification requests will be entertained. • Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. • It will be obligatory on the winner of the contest to avail of the prize within a maximum of 60 days from the date of announcement of results. • The schedule for availing of the prize is subject to availability and the final decision of the timing of travel will rest with Toehold, although the winner's preference will be considered. • Any and all disputes arising from or about this contest are strictly restricted to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only; we travel globally but fight locally.
