Are you often intimidated by the words 'post processing'?

Do you belabour how much processing to do, how to do it just right, and which is the best software application for your processing needs? Do you wonder how to turn the raw image on the left to the finished product on the right?

If yes, we've got just what you need: the Digital Post-Processing Workshop.

Why do you need a Workshop?

You’ve done the hard work in the field. Now learn to add the finishing touches on the computer.

It's a popular truism that processing cannot make a bad picture good. But it's equally true that without tasteful enhancements, a good picture may remain mediocre.

Appropriate processing can reveal the hidden beauty of your images and make them shine in flying colours. But processing can also be a labyrinth of jargon and software convolution.

And so we present to you the Digital Post Processing Workshop, which is simply the best way known yet to man of demystifying the otherwise complex world of processing.

What does this Workshop offer?

Master the basics and tame the advanced.

Whether you want to normalise your images to match the way the scene looked at the time of capture or enhance them to match your mind's grand vision, the Workshop will help you traverse the last mile in your journey towards imaging excellence and put your pixels firmly in your hands.

Using Adobe Lightroom as the tool for instruction, this Workshop will let you unlock a new layer of your photography, sharpen your basics and elevate your levels of awareness, so you are sure to unmask the full potential of your images from the shadows of their current state!

Why this Workshop?

It may take several pages to enlist all the reasons. So here’s a concise, curated selection.

Over 7000 enthusiasts trained. The strength of our record is the root of our confidence.
A mastery of digital post processing. We leave no doubt unturned. Into clarity.
Plenty of practical exercises within the classroom. Situations: simulated. Your skills: stimulated.
Structured topics suited to all levels of learners. Proficiency at all levels. From all levels.
Post-Workshop support. The Workshop’s not the end of our service. It’s the start.
A certificate of participation. Because we like everything to be in black and white.

How will all this help you?

This Workshop will enable you to reveal the hidden beauty in your images. Specifically, these are some of the things you'll be able to do right after it:

  • Organise your images conveniently.
  • Correct exposure and achieve chromatic neutrality.
  • Enhance colours and sharpness.
  • Remove noise and other blemishes.
  • Make selective adjustments.
  • Process and export for web and print.

Let us help you understand the wand. So you may wield it to weave magic.

  • I am a complete beginner in processing. Is this Workshop recommended for me? Absolutely! This Workshop does not assume any pre-existing knowledge of photography and is suitable for learners of all skill levels. If you are a complete beginner, you should sign up for the Workshop right away, as we're sure you'll find it really helpful!
  • I'm not conversant with the basics of photography. Will this Workshop still be useful for me? We believe processing is best done on images whose basics are sound. Therefore, if you're not conversant with the basics of photography yet, we recommend you consider joining our Art and Science of Photography Workshop first.
  • How do I register for the Workshop? You can register for the Workshop by clicking on the 'REGISTER NOW!' tab and filling out the registration form, or calling us on Toll-free: 1800-1200-901, or emailing us at
  • How do I pay the Workshop fee? We have multiple payment options including online transfer, from which you may choose one as per your convenience. Details will be shared when we receive your enquiry.
  • Why don't you instruct using other image-processing applications? To keep the Workshop content simple, our instruction will be restricted to Adobe products because they are the most advanced and capable tools for digital image processing. Having been trained on these, you should be able to use any equivalent application since the concepts are general.
  • What version of Lightroom should I have? In order to be able to relate to all the features discussed during the Workshop, you must have Lightroom 5 or later, preferably the latest version. Please visit the Adobe website if you are not sure whether it's up to date.
  • What if I do not have Adobe Lightroom? If you do not have licensed versions of Adobe Lightroom installed on your machine, you may download trial versions from the Adobe site. If you've already tried them before and your trial has expired, we encourage you to consider purchasing or subscribing at least for a temporary period. Please visit the Adobe website for purchase and subscription options.
  • I have paid for the Workshop but cannot attend. Can I get a refund? If you cannot attend the Workshop after paying for it, please let us know before the last Monday before the Workshop and we'll give you a credit note for 100% of the amount, which can be used to avail of any of our services. Unfortunately, if you inform us of your intent to cancel after the Thursday before the Workshop or do not inform us at all, we cannot issue a credit note, nor can we make cash refunds under any circumstances.

  • After having attended your Basics course, all I needed was a course like this to render my pictures for print and the web. The PP workshop has helped me a lot to bring out the beauty in my pictures which I hadnt realized till now. I had always thought post processing was not a nice thing to do. But now I understand it is not just an ethical thing, but also mandatory for images shot in RAW.

    - Rajesh P, Bangalore
  • Thanks for the informative workshop. I now know how well to process my images and how not to over do it.

    - Govind Menon, Bangalore
  • I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone who has started photography. It sets the expectation right about why PP is required and why it is quite ethical. We also learn what we cannot do when we talk about Post processing.
